Rate

• The rental rate for the homestay is RM 800 per night.

Check-in:

• Available from 3:00 PM on the scheduled date.
• Early check-in may be available for an additional charge.
• Refundable deposit of RM300 required at check-in.
• Full payment of the rental fee must be made before check-in.
• Bring a copy of the signed booking form upon arrival.

Check-out:

• Required by 12:00 PM.
• Late check-out possible with prior notice and subject to availability.
• RM 30 per hour fee applies for late check-out.
• Timely check-out is appreciated for preparation for the next guest.
